2. Only registered users can place the order.
3. The user agrees to provide the following information when registering on the website:
   – Surname, name;
   – E-mail address;
4. The user must provide additional information to place an order:
   – phone number;
   – delivery address.
5. The user must provide the information specified in clauses 3, 4 when placing an order through the support service or via e-mail.
6. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided by him during registration and ordering processes.
7. The name, quantity, price of the works of art chosen by the user are indicated in the cart of the online gallery website.
8. The following payment methods are available: through the online payment service Yandex Checkout, cashless payment, in cash upon pick-up from the office or upon courier delivery in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

Details of the return of goods conditions

The buyer has the right to refuse:

ordered works of art (except the customized works of art, copies and print works, including prints and photographs that were done for the buyer’s order) of good quality at any time before their delivery date, and after delivery date – within 14 calendar days (Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 (as amended on 03.07.2016) “On Protection of Consumer Rights”)

Return of goods of inadequate quality

Return of goods of inadequate quality is possible when the appearance, consumer properties, packaging, as well as a document certifying the fact and terms of purchase are remaining.

In case of refusal

If the buyer refuses the ordered product, the online gallery must return the full payment to him, except for the shipping costs.
